## Pricing Plans

Free / Hobby includes up to 2,000 pages at \$0. Choose Standard for a monthly page allowance or Enterprise for custom volume-based pricing.

## How Usage Is Calculated

Pricing is based on pages processed. Credits are the balance used to pay for additional processing at your plan's page rate.

Monitor your remaining allowance and credit balance in the [billing dashboard](https://app.unsiloed.ai/billing).

## Buying Credits

Buy credits on top of your plan allowance at your plan's rate. On Free / Hobby, the rate is \$0.015 per credit:

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months. You can also enter a custom amount in the billing dashboard.

Auto-recharge tops up your balance when it runs low, at your plan's rate, with a minimum charge of \$10. Add a payment method in the billing dashboard to enable it. Grace pages already used are billed on your next invoice and are not settled by a credit purchase.

## Plan Features

Free / Hobby includes REST API and Studio dashboard access, all file types, and all output formats.

Standard includes production rate limits, webhook callbacks, SSO/SAML, zero data retention, a HIPAA business associate agreement (BAA), and a dedicated Slack channel.

Enterprise includes SSO/SAML, zero data retention, a HIPAA BAA, EU/US data residency, a priority queue, and white-glove onboarding. It also offers VPC, on-premises, or air-gapped deployment, custom SLAs and an MSA, fine-tuned models, a SOC 2 Type II report, and a named technical account manager with 24/7 support. ## Billing

Standard includes 20,000 pages for \$250/month. Additional pages and purchased credits use the rate for your plan. Enterprise offers volume-based pricing and annual billing.
